What is the best video camera brand?
I’m thinking of getting a video camera and i want to make a decision on which company to go with? Is Samsung good?
All the other posts making recommendations are right. (lare’s is probably best.)
Since you did not tell us “best” for what, there is no single correct response.
If you tell us what the camcorder needs to do best compared to the others…
best to fit in a pocket;
best to record in loud audio environments;
best to record in low light environments;
best to record in no-light environments;
best to record for importing to a computer for editing (we’ll need to know about your computer, too);
best for throwing to know what falling or flying uncontrollably looks like;
best for attaching to a bike to get action/riding video…
There’s lots more – but the reason there are camcorders for $70 and camcorders for $70,000 – and lots in between is because there are lots of differences in features and capabilities.
So… while we’re at it, best to fit your budget? How much are you willing to spend on a camcorder?
