Question about wireless Surveillance camera system ?
I was looking into some Infrared Camera Surveillance kits (systems) to add to my ghost hunting. I came across this particular kit:

I was going to have my laptop in a small room at the investigation site with the wireless camera reciever connected to it. I have been jumping through hoops to have everything i need written down so I know what to buy. BUT, this particular kit has a USB interface. So Would I not have to buy the EasyCap adapter? This is what it says about the USB:

Can I use my laptop as a monitor or no? I’m about to just buy it, get it, and try to hook it up and see what i need lol thanks 
MPEG4 compression for ghosts, the way this works you will see ghosts while aimed at anything, anywhere, anytime. (Actually referred to as mosquitoes).
Uncompressed video is preferred and it is likely you will have to remove the IR filter, usually located on the CCD. Properly configured analog is also better than compressed digital.
