Microphone for a Sony Video Camera : DCR-SR45?
I have this camera and I want to purchase a microphone, but I can’t find an outlet that would accept a microphone. Does anyone know if it even supports an external mic?

No mic jack. No Advanced Interface Shoe (for Sony proprietary mics) on the SR45 (only SR65 and SR85). USB port won’t carry audio. AV-out only (no AV-in).
