My Sony Cybershot Camera won’t take pictures in dark places?
I have a Sony Cyber shot DSC-P200, it is a few years old and generally a good camera in the daylight. On a night out, bar, club, gig etc where the light is dim or dark its rubbish! It takes a picture that comes out either far too bright or pitch black. I have tried every setting including ISO & OEV. Please help any camera experts, I really don’t want to buy a new camera just for nights out! Thank you x

The trick is to not hold the camera by hand. Use a tripod or handrail or something to hold the camera steady and use the self timer.
