I have a Sony Cybershot and I it wont download the photos from it onto my computer!! Help me please!!!!!!!!?
I have a Sony Cybershot and I it wont download the photos from it onto my computer. Everytime I try my camera says USB MODE MASS STORAGE and underneath it says MEMORY STIC. If i try to download my pictures it says no files found even when i click the drive… I have made sure that my camera has the pictures on it and on My Computer the drive says it almost full. i would love if someone could fix this:)
i’m not sure if you’ve tried this yet, but go to My Computer and double click on the drive icon for your camera. There will probably be a folder in there, double click on that, and if there’s another folder inside that one, double click on that one. All of your pictures on your camera will (should) be right there.
From there, you can select the ones you want and copy them to the hard drive of your computer.
I really hope this helps, not being able to get at your pictures must be pretty frustrating
