I’ve heard they sometimes enforce it, but I’m seeing Owl City there tomorrow night. I planned on sneaking a camera in, but I was wondering how much they really enforce the no picture policy/if they will likely enforce it tomorrow night. I’ve also heard the security are complete a-holes.

Yeah, they do – someone I know who was taking pictures for a local magazine could not enter with her camera, and this was just a few days ago. She had a big Nikon with a case and everything.
HOWEVER…
You can bring along a pocket camera or use your phone. This was her back up and she got some very good shots. (Someone came and picked up her big camera.)
