Why doesnt my Sd camera card work ?
Im doing a project that’s due tomorrow & i need to upload some pictures I put the sd card in the “MMC/SD” slot in the pc & usually something like autoplay pops up & i upload my pictures with that. When im trying to upload them today, it won’t pop up, and i searched the files & i cant find anything. I need HELP! Can you please help me?
check to make sure the card slot light is on (if it has one.. most do), when you insert it. Whether it does or doesn’t you might just have some dust in the slot and it’s not registering. Try blowing into and/or brushing out the slot with a clean paintbrush (with bristles that don’t fall out very easily).
If the light is on, or you know it’s not the dust thing, and the auto run features isn’t working… Don’t look in your “files”…. look at each drive letter. Naturally C won’t be it, that’s typically your hard drive, but listed where C is located, there should be other drive letters “D” “E” “F” etc….. One of them is your MMC/SD card slot. Sometimes it provides a hint by giving it an additional name, but sometimes you just have to click in each one to see which one is the right one.
