how to unlock mini SD memorry card ..?

I have a memory card (mini SD), which I used in my Samsung digital cam. I took 1500 photographs in that
but after that Its not opening in camera, its says ‘card error” and in pc with memory card reader its says “insert F drive” even memorroy card is incerted in reader and those photographs are precious to me ..please any one can suggest any thing to me..??
It may be something like a dirty contact on the card, clean the gold fingers and try it again, if not it sounds like the flash drive had died. just to check try with another flash drive/card.
If they are really needed then you are better off sending them to a company that will /try to recover the data, search for “flash drive recovery services” and add your area.
the services are not normally cheap but they can recover many things.
