problems with microsoft netframework 2.0?
I recently upgraded to windows 7 after my hardrive crashed. I tied to use my printer software to upload pictures from my camera to pc and it says i need netframework 2.0 to use the program. So i go to microsoft and try to download it but it says that it’s already downloaded as part of the operating system. If it’s already installed then why won’t it work?????
Go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer (the support page) and download the correct drivers and software needed for your printer and the Windows 7 operating system. I imagine the printer drivers and software you have installed are for Vista or XP (whatever you upgraded from).
