Is there a way to transfer pictures from a Kodak EasyShare DX4530 to an i-pad. It doesn’t recognize it.?
When I plug in the above mentioned computer into my i-pad (original version) it doesn’t recognize it. I’m using the camera connection kit sold by Apple and have tried using the USB port AND taking out the SIMM card, but there is no recognition of anything going on. 
The kodak easyshare is a camera, not a computer. Maye there is your problem.
Have you tried installing the software that came with your camera into the iPad? That might be another problem.
Alternatively, you can also try a memory card reader.
Read your manual and see what it says.
