No it is not!
As stated in the link you provided for the Olympus camera, it can only use a MICRO SD of 1Gb or 2Gb no more!!
Do not buy the 4Gb Micro SD card, it will not work! I’ve tried it and it did not work. When you buy the Micro SD card you must get the retail package not the OEM because you need the large SD converter if you wish to be able to connect the card to your PC for download.
The Micro SD is considerably smaller than a normal SD Card.
