Does Nikon make white lenses?
I was watching the AFC Cup and I saw people wearing Nikon Official vests but they were holding cameras that had white lenses on them. I thought that was Canon? Are they allowed to wear Nikon but hold Canon cameras?
Nikon actually caved to market pressure and came out with a few white-barrel lenses. They call it “light-gray,” though, and state that the light gray color repels heat, which makes them more suitable for outdoor use. I guess that’s why the color is limited to high-priced longer telephoto lenses.
