I have a Canon S3IS I wish to buy wide angle & teleconvertor lens,suggest suitable make &model nos?
Apart from canon S3 i have JVC- GC70 (my first digital camera). I dont consider myself as a proffessional as i do it only as an hobby and i feel i can take really good photographs. I have taken photos of nature, flowers and night photography with my canon S3 with very good results. To improve upon my skills iam planning to buy lenses for my S3 and iam really confused with the lenses as so many are avaiable and also i do not know about the compatibility with canon s3is, also suggets some filters and polarisers
Best to stick with Canon. Go to canon web-site and check accessories for the S3.
You will also need a tripod for the photography that you are planning.
As for filters, a circular polariser and UV filters on your lenses are a good precaution. Other filters as you progress and want to experiment.
