Kodak DC265 Zoom Camera? Please help!?
The memory card is in (and it’s not full, I checked) and the batteries are brand new, but it’s not working! Every time I try to turn it on, I get this error message on the screen that says “E 11″. What does this mean? Is it fixable?
(I don’t have the manual because I got the camera used, I also tried troubleshooting on the site, and that didn’t work either)
Oh dear. E11 is firmware error. You’ll have to find how to restore the firmware from the Kodak site but I think the camera is too old. It doesn’t seem to be supported any more.
