I have an older digital camera and I guess the batteries left a green goop on the receptor and dried what can I get off with? 2nd if I have kodak camera download software on my computer can I use it with a hp camera?

You can try using a paste of backing soda to neutralize the acidic goop. If it has dissolved the contacts, then you will have to have the camera repaired .. and it may not be worth it do to the age of your camera
