What is your budget? $1,000, right?
That means that the 7D and 60D are not in the choice arena.
Only entry level dSLR’s like the Canon 550D, 600D or Nikon D3100 or D5100 fit in your plan
The fully articulated LCD’s are ONLY available on the 600D or D5100, so as you can see, had you done the research, you would have known what your choices are soon enough
Since these are dSLR’s and use different interchangeable lenses for different purposes, you will have to increase your budget to buy the lenses you need.
“close up” requires a macro lens (Canon EF 50 mm f/2.5 or Nikon AF-S 60 mm f/2.8)
Regular pictures, the standard 18-55 mm that comes with the camera is just fine
“distance” shots need some kind of telephoto lens, like the 70-300 mm (made by both Nikon and Canon)
You can visit the Canon and Nikon websites to find out what those lenses cost.
