Help with working my Argus digital camera?
I have an Argus Quick Clix 3185 (3.2 mega pixels) digital camera, and every time I turn it on, the screen says “USB”. How do I actually take pictures?? And I already have the USB cord, so when I plug it in, it still gives me that message. When I plug the camera into my computer with the USB cord, a window pops up that says “Removable Disk (E:)” and it contains a file that says “DCIM”. When I click on that, another file says “100IMAGE” And when I click on that one, there is nothing in the next window. What do I do to take pictures with my camera?? I have the driver disk and quick start guide, will either of those help? I’ve read the guide over and over but nothing helps me. Please let me know what I can do to be able to take pictures with my camera. Thanks (:
It looks like the camera is switched to Webcam mode.
Try pressing the MENU/on/off button once and see if it accesses the camera sub-menu.
The manual may make more sense than it does at first reading if you go through it with the camera in hand…
