Kodak Easy Share 1033?
I have a Kodak Easy Share 1033. I just got this camera last night an have spent hours trying to upload pics from the digital camera to my computer. I downloaded the upgraded version for my XP, so it is now version 7.1.0.131. I have tried EVERYTHING. Please help…I am starting to think this rash decision was a mistake! What is the step by step procedure? The manual doesn’t help. When I attempt to click on the button: Transfer, it says, “No supported device connected.You must connect a supported device to use this command. You may need to push the button on the camera dock to establish a connection.”
I don’t have a printer dock that the camera sits in. I just have it hooked to a usb port and turned on.
There should be absolutely no problems with downloading straight from camera, check the manual again and the troubleshooting guide in the back.
If all else fails then you can buy one of these..
