How do I correct for digital photos that appear stretched on a widescreen monitor?
Digital photos that I downloaded from my DSLR camera look fine on my computer’s widescreen. The same photos look stretched on my father’s computer monitor. Also appears stretched on my friend’s Dell. Both have widescreen displays. How can they correct for this? We tried changing resolutions but it still looks like the aspect ratio is wrong.
I suggest trying a better photo viewer on those PCs that don’t seem to display properly.
I personally very much like Google’s Picasa’s new viewer. It’s built into their new software download. It’s fast, compact and displays all of our images perfectly on all our laptops and desktops.
