Pictures have unwanted glow?
I am having a problem with my camera. When I take pictures, bright areas, especially whites, seem to have a “glow” around them. Does anyone know what causes this/how to fix it?

its nothing to do with settings
its exposure! the camera is on automatic, your in very low light, the camera tries to fill the room with as much light as possible, this means the whites that are closest to the camera get blown out by the flash. note the whites in the background are fine.
its something will happen if you shot in low light with flash on automatic with such a wide picture and a little white close to the flash, without a lesson on exposure i can tell you why it happens but not how to stop it – not enough space here
