How to use a Kodak Digital Camera
Kodak created the first digital camera in 1975. It was the size of a toaster and took only black and white photos. Since then, the cameras have shrunk in size and the photo-taking options have expanded. Kodak digital cameras are known for their ease of use and one-touch operations. There are different styles including point and shoot, slim and sleek, and advanced performance models. Most of the camera’s basic usage instructions apply across the different styles, allowing for quick adaptation and excellent photo results.
Then, how to use a Kodak digital camera?
1.Inserting the Kodak digital camera batteries and power up the camera. Some cameras will require AA batteries, while others will use lithium ion batteries. Keep extra batteries on hand.
2.Insert and format the memory card for use, following the instructions that came with the camera. Kodak cameras use SD and SDHC memory cards to store images and videos. Formatting the card before initial use will set the card up to operate smoothly with the camera.
3.Set the shooting mode to the auto setting. This setting provides flexibility for every type of lighting and exposure setting needed and gives new users time to familiar ize themselves with the camera without the risk of harming photos. Turn on the flash setting in low light situations to get better photo results.
4.Test with the camera. Try different shooting modes; night setting for low light, sports for action modes, manual mode for self controlled pictures and movie for video recording. Most Kodak digital cameras have multiple photo shooting options available.
5.Zoom into far-off objects to get closer to your subject without losing photo quality. Camera zooms range from 3x optical zoom to over 10x optical zoom with the higher number allowing you to focus closer to the object.
6.Download the photos to a computer hard drive using the cable provided with the camera. The memory card can be reused. So save the photos to the computer and erase them from the memory card, Some Kodak cameras transmit photos wirelessly, making it easy to transfer photos and videos. Some Kodak cameras have an easy-share option that allows the camera to be placed on a photo dock. Images are transferred by pressing the easy share button.
7.Once the photos have been copied to a computer, they can be printed on a printer.
