Digital Camera Canon S95
Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 or the Canon PowerShot S95? OR?
As the title states, which one would you choose. I’ve heard the Canon has poor battery life.. whereas the Panasonic sometimes has poor JPEG processing. Or what other type “high-end compact digital camera” would you recommend (manual functions, raw image, etc. )?

I’ve owned a Canon SD800IS for an extended time. Its strengths are the economical size including wealthy capability — IMO it’s as shut in concert will return to an SLR as doable while not the majority. The SD800IS has been with me for several years, several outside adventures, and has captured several nice photos with no issues. It still works well and that i will keep using it, however we would have liked a second camera.

Another factor. One reviewer complained regarding the flash doping up, hitting his finger, obtaining stuck, and then he should restart the camera whenever this happens.
