It is not enough that you buy a durable and sturdy digital camera from Apple stores. To ensure long life, you must be able to observe proper digital camera maintenance. Keep your digital camera in shape and be able to use it over and over again by following these simple guidelines on digital camera maintenance.
1. Before and after taking shots, make it a habit to ensure that your camera lens is clean and fingerprint-free. The last thing you would want is a set of pictures that do not come out as clear as they should be because your camera lens is not clean. Therefore, when cleaning the lens of your digital camera, use only alcohol solutions that are especially made for camera optics. To get rid of dust particles, use a blower brush in cleaning the front and rear area of the lens.
2. When wiping off dust or prints from the lens and other essential parts of your digital camera, use a very fine and soft tissue so as not to create a scratch.
