No, each lens hood is designed for a specific lens brand and focal length
While the lens shade you linked us two will fit on any lens with a 52 mm filter thread, it does not give us a clue which wide angle lens it works with .. a 18-55 mm, 35 mm, 28 mm or other. If it was designed for use on tha 28 mm lens, it will vignette if you use it on an 18-55 mm lens when it is set to any focal length longer shorter than 28 mm.
