No lag digital camera!?
I know all digital camera’s have some time lag between pressing the shutter and the photo being taken, but which ones have the least? I need a new compact digital camera. My old one is a Panasonic DMCFX8 which I love. I would like another Panasonic if possible but I’m willing to look at any that fits the bill. If anyone knows of a good comparison site that would also be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
There is only one camera test site worth its salt for non professionals, steves digicams. Look up the reviews on his site of other Panasonics, he gives the start up times and in shot time lags. I have had a love affair with panasonics ever since they came out (but only with the Leica lens ones not the Lumix lens ones ) and love my current LX2.
One good thing about panasonics is that the general public associate them with TV’s etc not cameras (yet they make Leica digitals for Leica!) so you get some good buys on ebay.
