any suggestion as to what to do when a digital camera got water damage?
we were having a snorkeling getaway when i used a supposedly “waterproof” camera pouch to protect my canon sd750 digital camera. we were taking underwater pictures when suddenly, my camera didn’t turn on. i decided to set it aside. after awhile, i tried to turn it on, but the camera’s metal body/casing was already warm, so i immediately took out the battery. ever since then, it wouldn’t turn on, but everytime i place the battery back, there’s a blue light on the upper right corner of the camera but doesn’t show any display. HELLLLPPPP!!!! I’m sooo desperate to revive my camera.

You should always let the camra dry out naturally. If it now wont turn on it might be too late.
