Best camera setting for indoor concert?
I have a Canon Powershot SD1100 IS Digital ELPH camera and I am going to a concert in a big arena and I want to take CLEAR pictures since it’s gonna be dark. Btw cameras are allowed!
I heard nightshot isnt good but a P setting is or something like that. Please just tell me the best setting for a concert. In concerts my pictures are ALWAYS blurry, the lights are streaky and the singers and always moving. Please help ![]()
thanks
on my camera theres an option for ISO
and it says
ISO continuous
ISO Shoot Only
ISO Panning
ISO Off
which one do I choose?
and I cant get my ISO to 1600 it only gives me the option of ISO AUTO or ISO HI
Based on your results: blurry, lights streaky, singers moving. SET you ISO a lot higher. For example if you normally have an ISO of 200 outdoors in the sun. Use something like ISO 1600. or as high as you camera goes. Your results may be grainy but you have to experiment. And be prepared you will not be able to make big size enlargements, 8×10, 11×14 etc.
