which Camera flash off shoe bracket is better?

Hi i’m actually for a camera off shoe bracket that can shoot horizontally and vertically in a very easy fast way like turning the camera without moving the flash.

I found many of them but just not sure if they are good products. here are two that i found:

http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Bracket-Off-Camera-Release-RS0420C3/dp/B000MUWZ4C/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_i#moreAboutThisProduct

http://www.amazon.com/RPS-Studio-Tilt-Bracket-Canon/dp/B0027G4CMM/ref=sr_1_37?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1258687439&sr=1-37

I’m not sure if they are the same, prices are different but both look the same to me.

Does anyone is shooting with a bracket? if so which bracket would you recommend me?

thank you :-)

Neither actually. I think its better to get the flash further off camera, so I use an umbrella holder hotshoe adapter (can then add an umbrella as a light modifier later);

attached to a standard studio light stand (cost about £12). Whole setup is £27 ($40) and is much more versatile.
