Should I buy a Sigma SD14 or DP1 camera?
I am looking for a semi-inexpensive, high quality professional still camera. I am intrigued by the Sigmas because they are more rare and I am impressed by reviews I’ve read. I am also, however, concerned because they are rare and perhaps I am missing some of the cons..? (other than difficulty finding accessories) Any advice would be very much appreciated!

The IQ is excellent and the images are sharp.
Apart from Foveon X3 CMOS sensor, it does not have much features.
You can go for the SD14. It has the same sensor, and you can choose the lenses you want.
“Incompatible File System” Error In Sigma Sd 14 Camera
Sigma SD14 is a digital SLR (Single-Lens Reflex) camera that captures high definition images using a 14 mega pixel digital image sensor. The light-weight camera features a 2.5 in. LCD monitor, focal plane shutter, built-in flash mechanism, and memory card slot compatible with CF (Compact Flash) memory card. While a CF memory card is a safe medium for saving different file types, the probability of the card getting corrupted still persists.
