In all MLB games televised, the camera angle for watching the pitcher throw to the batter, is over the Pitcher’s right shoulder. If London was awarded a Team, would the camera angles switch to over the Pitcher’s left shoulder, in games broadcast from London, since Englanders drive on the left sides of the roads?
Yeah… they probably would, those snooty Brits. But then they’d probably want to swap the positions of first and third base, too.
And, of course, the natural result of that would be to change the whole dynamic of the game, as “pulling the ball” would offer no special advantage to the right-handed batter.
