That immediately says rangefinder to me. A bit of googling and I found it’s a canonet family camera, one of the QL series:

Now, relatively few of these survived but they also made quite a few variants of them so they are popular with collectors. A really good one will set you back 200+ euros but a decent one can be found for less, especially if you are not too picky on the exact model
