Need help with camera’s (Fuji S5700) macro function!?
I would like to have a photo subject being focused, with the background blurred out. The macro function doesn’t seem to be able to catch the subject all the time, focusing on everything.
What settings do I have to fiddle with, to get the macro effect?
Try setting it in manual mode and using the manual focus. Open the aperture all the way to let as much light in. The smaller the aperture, the longer the depth of field. Take a few pictures to experiment with and then decide which one works best.
