Will this work on my Canon 450D?
This is probably stupid to ask, but I have to make sure.

Each dSLR camera has a set of pins in the hot shoe as you’re aware. This so the camera can talk to the flash and send instructions.
Do the pins on the sync device match the pins on the 450D? We don’t know that and there’s no way for us to find out unless another here has the 450D and this particular device.
Even the seller can’t tell you unless that person also has a 450D. I wouldn’t buy it based on a “maybe”.
