My Polaroid is jammed?
I have a Polaroid 1000 Land camera which I loaded with new film yesterday. Because I use the 600 film instead of the SX-70, I’ve been using a gel filter which goes directly onto the film pack. I haven’t used the camera for 6 months or so, so had forgotten how to fit the filter and loaded it wrong. When I took the first picture, both the filter and the photo came out, but got stuck halfway. I have managed to free the filter, but the photo is still stuck. I didn’t want to pull in case it damaged the camera.. Any ideas?!
It isn’t the battery. The picture came out halfway but because the filter came with it, it didn’t come out all the way. I need a way to release it, without ruining the rest of the pack.
All the 600 film you find now is expired (Oct 2009) and the batteries may be depleted.
There is one place where you can depend upon the film being stored correctly after its manufacture ended in Dec 2008.
