Why on earth would you want a wired solution when you can go wireless? Cables are not that reliable. Get a set of RF602 radio triggers (£25 or thereabouts). Supremely reliable and far greater range than you’ll get with a cord.
Or just use the built in wireless – it’s optically based so can be a bit unreliable outdoors in bright weather & has limited range.
if you want a cord, just Google Canon TTL sync cords & take your pick.
