You didn’t specify a price range, so here it goes:
1. full frame SLR.
2. A prime lense (nonzoom with large aperture like f/1.8)
3. A short zoom lense (like 28mm to 90mm)
I’ve heard the Nikon D40 is good for beginners. It’s not full frame (smaller sensor) but it comes with a good zoom lense.
