Whats a good beginner DSLR Camera?
So next semester Im taking a basic photography class. Im really excited as I always wanted to learn more about photography. During Christmas/ my birthday Im planning on buying a new DSLR for myself as an early Birthday/Christmas present. But I dont know which one is a good camera to start out with. I have a few in mind but I need a second opinion (or a few opinions in this case) as I dont know where to start when buying a camera.
I narrowed it down to 5 cameras. Here they are: Nikon D80, Nikon D3000, Nikon D3100,
Canon Rebel XTi, or Canon Rebel T1i.
So which one is the best? Im looking for a cheap good starting out beginner camera. Any recommendations or suggestions. Please include why you think that camera is a good camera in your answer. Open to other cameras. But those are the ones that Im looking at now.
D80 is not a beginners camera in the strictest sense of the word. The D3000 and the T1i are rather ancient now. Rebel Xti and D3100 are the most modern and they are designed for beginners. Handle both, see which one fits you best.
