Any suggestions on how to work an 8mm K430?
A couple of months ago I bought a battery operated 8mm Keystone K430 electric zoom camera. After discovering the battery compartment was a little corroded, I cleaned it and tried to insert AA batteries into the case, which seemed to fit alright, but the camera wouldn’t budge. So then I tried my utmost to take apart the camera and see if there was something wrong with the motor, but I couldn’t get the rest of lens off. Apparently the zoom gauge was the only part that refused to come loose. Fear for the safety of my lens, I quickly put everything back together . At this point I have a fine little machine that stubbornly does not movie.
Is there any advice on how to fix this specific kind of camera?
