I have 2 vintage cameras. Is it possible to find a usuable type of film for them? READ ON…?
I recently went to a rummage sale and bought 2 vintage cameras for just a few bucks each.
One is a Kodak Colorburst 250. It takes Kodak PR10 Instant film. I looked up information on it, and apparently the camera and film were created in the late 70′s and discontinued just as quickly.
The other camera is a Vivitar 700 Instamatic, which takes 110 film.
Does anyone have any suggestions of other types of film I could get a hold of that may work in either of these cameras? Is it at all possible to use them?
Any help would be wonderful!
The last time I checked, my local Walmart still carried Kodak Gold 400 in 110 cartridges.
There are also a couple of foreign film manufacturers which, I believe, make their own 110 films. Solaris, out of Italy, did at one time, although I’ve heard mixed reports on whether or not they’re still around.
