Is this stray cat she has adopted us?

This lovely, friendly cat has really been with us for months. She spends all day in our garden and loves to come home for cuddles. It really seems to spend all day here. She turned up a few months ago and is still here. She was thin and research has always seemed to be hunting birds and things our garden if we gave him some food. Now we give to eat every day and always eat everything and still seems hungry. We put up posters in all the neighboring houses to ask if somebody knows but nobody has contacted us. It seems we have adopted and spends all his time here and he loves us. I do not know if it is a pest, but it seems to be. Does anyone have advice or have been in a similar situation?
